WHY TOE SPACING? THE SCIENCE IS SIMPLE
Podiatrists have long taught a simple principle: toes work best when they can spread. Years inside narrow shoes push your toes together — and that squeeze is where so much everyday foot discomfort begins.
THE HIOORA™ TOEROOM is built around three principles foot
specialists talk about every day:
🦶 SPACE FOR YOUR TOES
Gentle separators let toes return to their natural spread —
easing the crowding and pressure that bunion sufferers know
too well.
⛰ SUPPORT FOR YOUR ARCH
A contoured footbed helps distribute weight across the whole
foot, instead of letting it pile onto your arch and heel —
where feet with plantar fasciitis and heel spurs feel it most.
⚪ STIMULATION FOR YOUR SOLE
Massage nodes gently activate the sole with each step —
the kind of daily foot care your feet rarely get inside
closed shoes.
Not a medical device — just smart design your feet will
thank you for.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION
Will TOEROOM hurt or feel uncomfortable at first?
Will TOEROOM hurt or feel uncomfortable at first?
It's normal to feel slight pressure between your toes during the first few wears — this happens because TOEROOM is gently realigning your toes into their natural position, especially if they've been compressed by tight shoes for years. We recommend starting with 20-30 minutes a day and gradually increasing wear time. Most customers report the discomfort fades within about 2 weeks, and after that, TOEROOM becomes one of the most comfortable parts of their day.
Will the toe separators feel uncomfortable between my toes?
Will the toe separators feel uncomfortable between my toes?
The first few minutes feel unusual — most of us haven't had anything between our toes since flip-flops. The separators are soft, flexible EVA (not stiff silicone), and most people stop noticing them within the first wear. If your toes have been squeezed in narrow shoes for years, that first "spread" moment is exactly the point.
How long should I wear them at first?
How long should I wear them at first?
Start with 30–60 minutes a day and let your feet adjust — especially if you're not used to toe separation. Within a week, most people wear them comfortably all day around the house.
I have bunions — will these fit?
I have bunions — will these fit?
Yes — that's who we designed them for. The wide front and open sides mean nothing presses against the bunion area, and the separators gently give your big toe its natural space back. They're a comfort product, not a medical treatment — but squeezed feet feel the difference quickly.
What size should I order?
What size should I order?
Order your regular US women's size. Wide feet or high instep? Go one size up. Between sizes? Size up — EVA doesn't stretch like fabric. Men: add 1.5 (Men's 8 → US W 9.5). Full size chart above.
Can men wear these?
Can men wear these?
Absolutely — the design is unisex. Just size up 1.5 from your men's size (Men's 8 → US W 9.5). Our range fits up to about Men's 9.5.
Can I wear them right after a pedicure?
Can I wear them right after a pedicure?
The four smaller toes sit in open slots, but the big toe is semi-covered — so we recommend letting your polish fully dry
first. Once dry, the separators actually help keep freshly painted toes from rubbing together.
Can I wear them outside?
Can I wear them outside?
Yes — the thick anti-slip sole is built for both. Kitchen, bathroom, yoga studio, quick errands, poolside — they're waterproof, so wet surfaces aren't a problem.
How do I clean them?
How do I clean them?
Rinse under water and air-dry — that's it. One-piece molded EVA has no seams, no fabric, and nothing to trap odor or dirt.
No scrubbing, no washing machine needed.
Are these a medical device? Will they fix my bunions?
Are these a medical device? Will they fix my bunions?
No — and we won't pretend otherwise. TOEROOM is a comfort product built on a simple principle: toes feel better when
they have room. Many customers with bunions or tired arches love how they feel, but if you need treatment, please see a
podiatrist.
